What are B12 Injections?

Vitamin B12 prevents and treats low vitamin B12 levels in your body. It is used in people who do not get enough vitamin B12 from their diet or when their digestive tract does not absorb enough. Our bodies do not naturally produce B12, so we have to take it in from other sources. Injections go directly into our digestive system to deliver the vitamins right away. Vitamin B12 plays an important role in maintaining the health of your nervous system, and has a variety of key benefits for our body and mind.

What Is The Treatment Like?

B12 shots are one of the quickest and easiest injections to administer. The area will be cleaned with alcohol to ensure the skin is cleansed and prepped. We will then use a short needle to insert the vitamin blend directly into the skin. With this treatment being just under 15 minutes, you can do it on lunch break or before starting your day.

Is There Any Downtime?

There is no downtime or recovery period required after the B12 injection treatment. You will be able to return to work and other normal activities immediately following treatment.
